It’s official, and we’re now down to 5 days till New York Comic Con (NYCC) 2024! Even as I’m typing this out, it feels surreal to imagine we’d be a part of one of the biggest Comic Con events in the world — much less on our 1st year anniversary.

Based in New York, Tenacious Toys has been a pillar of the designer art toys scene since 2004. Starting out as collectors, they slowly evolved to fill a growing niche, promoting local and international artists to the toy collectors community. Their efforts helped to bridge designer toy makers with collectors looking for fresh, exciting designs that weren’t mass produced, expanding their website and blog while maintaining a constant presence in the collectible toys scene.

Passion attracts passion, and after a very spirited discussion, we both agreed that Joy Boy and Miss Bliss have got to be hitting NYCC ‘24. Since Miss Bliss was still heavy in production, the timeline was tight — but with an ungodly amount of hard work, we were able to complete both Miss Bliss ‘The OG’ and ‘Retro’, along with the full range of magnetic copiums ready just in time for the event. 😴
